The American Barn design provides you that little bit more extra space whilst maintaining style and with the recent introduction of the Aussie Barn - where the side wings are a continuation of the main roof line, there is even more to choose from. The building is fully adjustable but sizes generally start from 9m wide up to 14m wide and in length from 6m to 14m (even larger if required) a West Coast Sheds American Barn is a great example of an extremely versatile building.

By incorporating the very popular B&D roller door into our barn designs, we are able to offer a low maintenance and easily operated method of accessing your valuable stored property.

Why not customize your barn with the inclusion of a personal access door, windows, skylights, whirlybirds or one of many other options.

Most importantly the entire range is fully engineered and certified details are included with your shed purchase, they are not an extra cost.

We offer 11, 15 and 22 degree roof pitches with the centre section of the barn generally being 22 degrees and the side lean-to 11 degrees. The recent introduction of the skillion roof to the American Barn range allows for further customization.
